Tough action for attempt to create anarchy ahead of polls: DMP chief
Dhaka: Tough action will be taken if any attempt is made to deteriorate the law and order situation ahead of the national election, warned Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Md Asaduzzaman Mia, reports the UNB.
‘Strict action will be taken against individuals or groups if any attempt is made to deteriorate the law and order situation ahead of the next election. The class and the profession will not be considered while taking action,’ said the DMP chief while speaking at a press briefing held at the DMP media centre on Thursday.
Now the law and order situation in the country is much better than in the past, and there is no possibility of deterioration in it either, he claimed.
