Benapole: An easy-bike driver was killed in a road crash at Rajarhat intersection in Benapole town on Sunday night.

The decreased is, Shafikul Islam, a resident of Barandipara Kathaltola area.

Police said the accident took place at Rajarhat intersection area around 10:00pm when a Khulna-bound passenger bus ‘Shohag Parihaban’ from Jessore hit Shafikul’s easy-bike, leavening him critically injured.

Later, he was taken to Jessore 250-bed Hospital where on-duty doctor declare him dead.
