Gazipur: Ten members of Detective Branch (DB) of police were closed to Gazipur police lines on charge of negligence of duty on Monday and Tuesday.

The action was taken against district DB sub-inspector Mostafizur

Rahman Chowdhury, SI Moniruzzaman, ASI M Sumon Miah, ASI Aman Ullah, and Constables Anwar Hossain, Ershadul Alam, Shahadat Hoosain, Arif Hossain, Rafique and Mostafa Miah.

Officer-in-charge of DB of Gazipur M Amir Hossain said police super Mohammad Harun-or-Rashid closed the 10 policemen for their negligence of duty.
