Faridpur: A case was filed against some anonymous in connection with the killing of two municipality sweepers at West Khabashpur Miapara Road in the district town on Friday.

Kotwali Police Station officer-in-charge Nazim Uddin Ahmed said Tumpa Jamaddar, wife of deceased Manik Jamaddar, filed the case against some unidentified people with the police station on Friday night.

Besides, police arrested 10 people on suspicion of the killing, said the OC.

Two municipality sweepers— Manik Jamaddar,28, and his brother-in-law Bharat Jamaddar, 23, residents of Harijan Polli in Alipur area—were found dead with their bodies carrying stab injuries at West Khabashpur Miapara Road in the district town early Friday.
