Police detained Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal Dhamrai unit president Kharrrum Choudhury Tutul at about 6:00am on Monday.

Dhamrai Police sub-inspector Sheikh Sekendar Ali said Tutul was held from his in-laws’ house at Taltala of the municipality.

He was arrested at an explosive materials case and another two cases of burning vehicles, the sub-inspector said.

The process of sending him to court on Monday is going on, the police officer added.
