Natore: A man, Shawkat Pramanik, was killed and six others were injured as a truck hit two utility vehicles used for public transport in Tebaria rail crossing area, Natore on Sunday morning.

Fire station officials said the truck hit utility vehicles, Nasiman and Easy Bike, as the trucker lost control over the steering in the area in the morning at about 9:30am.

Fire fighters went to the spot and rescued the injured. The injured were taken to Natore Sader Hospital.

Fire fighters said all of the victims were passengers of the easy bike.
