Tongi, Gaziur: Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) chairperson Khaleda Zia on Saturday expressed deep shock at the death of 23 workers and injury of several dozen workers at Tampaco Foils Limited factory fire.

A press release sent by BNP said the BNP chief is shocked and distraught at the loss of life. She expressed her sympathy for the victim families and prayed for the early recover of the injured.

BNP secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir also expressed shok at the death of the workers.
