Jessore: A housewife was found hanging from the ceiling of her house at Dhopakhola village in Sadar upazila of Jessore district on early Tuesday, reports UNB.

The deceased is Laki Khatun, 22, wife of Milon, a resident of Bhomra village in Satkhira district and daughter of Bachchu Miah, a resident of Dhopakhola village in Sadar upazila of Jessore.

Bachchu Miah, father of the deceased, said Laki hanged herself over a feud with her husband on Monday night.

Later, she was taken to Jessore Medical College Hospital where she succumbed to her injures at abut 12:30am.
