Gazipur: Miscreants set fire to two compartments of an express train at Joydebpur Railway Station here on Thursday morning. 

Police said a group of miscreants numbering 4/5 torched the two compartments of the Turag Express train minutes after it had reached the station from Dhaka at about 6:00am.

Later, police and local people doused the blaze.

However, there was no report of any casualty in the arson attack.

Police arrested a young man-- Momen, a resident of Jorpukur area of the city, --from the station for his suspected link to the attack.
