Narayanganj: Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested three members of banned militant organisation Jamaatul Mujahidin Bangladesh (JMB) during drives at two areas of Sonargaon upazila in Narayanganj.

The arrestees are as Abu Raihan, Mohammed Mostafa, and Shariful Islam. All of them are in their early twenties.

RAB-11 Commanding Officer Lieutenant Colonel Kamrul Hasan said a team of RAB-11 conducted overnight raids at Kanchpur and Mugrapara areas of Sonargaon. They detained them and recovered the explosives, locally made weapons and propagandist books from their possessions.
