Rajshahi: A minor boy was strangulated to death allegedly by his father at Char Dorshanpara village in Poba upazila of Rajshahi on Saturday morning.

The deceased is Adnan Hossain, 6, son of Jashim Uddin.

Jashim suffocated his son to death with a pillow following a family feud in the early morning at his house, said Poba Police sub-inspector Monowar Hossain.

On information, police recovered the body and arrested Jashim from the house.

During preliminary interrogation, Jashim confessed to his guilt, added the SI.
