Rajon killing: one killer leaves country
Sylhet: One of the accused killers in 13-year-old boy Sheikh Samiul Alam Rajon killing case left the country just one day after the killing incident.
Immigration police Inspector Khayrul Fazal said, the accused killer Kamrul Hasan left for Saudi Arabia on 10 July 2:00pm through a Bangladesh Biman flight from the Sylhet Osmani airport.
Kamrul Islam is the third accused in the FIR of the Rajon murder case.
On 8 July, Sheikh Samiul Alam Rajon, 13, son of Sheikh Azizur Rahman of Badeali village in Sadar upazila, was tortured to death by some locals over suspicion of a theft at Sundar Ali Market in Kumargaon area of the city.
The killers themselves took the video footage of the incident and uploaded it on the internet.
The video clip went viral on social networking site Facebook and video-sharing site Youtube which caused a widespread outcry.
