45 hurt in clash over playing cards

Sirajganj: At least 45 people, including three women, were injured in a clash between two groups of villagers over playing cards in municipality area of Sirajganj on Monday.
The Sadar police said villagers of Boirapara and Wapda intersection had locked in several clashes over playing cards in the last few days.
As a sequel to the enmity, residents of both villages attacked each other on Monday morning, leaving at least 45 people injured.
Twenty-one of the injured were taken to the local clinics and hospitals.
At least 12 shops and houses were vandalised during the clash.
Police went to the spot and fired 10 bullets to disperse them and arrested four people.
