Brahmanbaria: Train communications of Chittagong with Dhaka and Sylhet have resumed after two and half hours suspension on Thursday due to derailment of three compartments of a freight train in Akhaura railway junction, Brahmanbaria.  

NTV Brahmanbaria correspondent reports, the train services of the routes were resumed at about 12:45pm.

Earlier, rail communication of Chittagong with Dhaka and Sylhet suspended as three compartments of a Dhaka-bound freight train from Chittagong veered off the track at about10:20am.
