Dhaka: Pran Agricultural Marketing Company Limited declared 32 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2015-2016 at the 31st Annual General Meeting held at Trust Milonayaton in Dhaka Cantonment on Thursday.

PRAN Chairman Ahsan Khan Chowdhury,  Managing Director Mohammad Eleash Mridha, , Independent Director M. A. Mannan, Director Uzma Chowdhury, Chief Financial Officer Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Director Marketing Chowdhury Kamruzzaman Kamal, and Company Secretary Muhammad Aminur Rahman attended the general meeting.

Shareholders thanked the management for achievements of the Company over the years and made valuable suggestions for improvement in running the business in the upcoming years.

The AGM ended by seeking continued support of the investors of the Company and with a vote of thanks to the chair.
