Dhaka: Rangpur Foundry Ltd (RFL) has declared 35 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2015-2016 at the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company held at Trust Auditorium in Dhaka Cantonment on Thursday.

RFL Chairman Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, its managing director Rathendra Nath Paul, chief financial officer Choudhury Atiur Rasul, independent director M. A. Mannan, director (marketing) Chowdhury Kamruzzaman Kamal, company secretary Muhammad Aminur Rahman and shareholders attended the AGM.

Shareholders thanked the management for the company’s achievements over the years and made valuable suggestions for improvement.
