5 hurt in Dhaka crude bomb attacks
Dhaka: Five people, including a college student, were injured in separate incidents of crude bomb explosions in Fakirapool and Bango Bazar areas in Dhaka on Tuesday.
The injured are Anwar Hossain Amin, 50, Kajol, 32, Rasel, 32, and Al Amin, 20, first year honours student of Khilgaon Model University College, and Alamgir, 26.
They were admitted to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH).
Officials at the hospital said Anwar Hossain Amin, Kajol, Rasel and Al Amin sustained injuries when three crude bombs were hurled near Bango Bazar area around 9:45 pm.
Earlier, a crude bomb went off in Fakirapool Mor around 9:00am, injuring Alamgir.
