20-Party renews call for dialogue

The Bangladesh Nationalist Party-led 20-Party Alliance has renewed its call for dialogues to resolve ongoing political crisis.
The alliance leader, Barkatullah Bulu, also joint secretary general of BNP, in a statement on Monday said, ‘All countrymen and the 20-Party Alliance expect that the government will hold dialogues to resolve present crisis considering interests of the nation and welfare of citizens.’
He condemns killing and abduction of 20-Party leaders and activists.
He blamed the ruling party for using law enforcers and local goons in oppressing opposition activists.
Barkatullah said the ruling Awami League is trying to supress the ongoing peaceful movement of the 20-Party Alliance by killing, abduction and oppression.
He also demanded that the government should find out Salahuddin Ahmed, the joint secretary general of BNP.
