Brahmanbaria: Two people were killed as a truck hit them in Sadar upazila on Wednesday morning.

The deceased are Yeasin Bhuiyan, in his fifties, and Saidul, believed to be 5 years old.

The Brahmanbaria Sadar police said a truck ploughed through Radhika Bus Stopage Bazar after its driver lost control over the steering on the Comilla-Sylhet

Highway and knocked down Yeasin and Saidul, leaving them dead on the spot.
Police arrested the trucker and the truck.
