Bangladesh confirm Champions Trophy spot

Bangladesh qualified for the ICC Champions Trophy finals in a grand style as they crushed India by six wickets to clinch the first bilateral one day international series to win the second match on Sunday at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium at Mirpur, Dhaka.
Even the rains could not dampen the spirit of the Tigers who needed a win Sunday to record their first ever ODI series win over twice World Champions, India. The victory assured the Bangladesh team a berth in the Champions' Trophy scheduled for 2017 in England.
The Tigers also trotted to a straight 10th ODI victory, although all of them were home-series.
The Indian captain MS Dhoni won the toss and decided to bat but Bangladesh's new found bowling genius from Satkhira, Mustafiz, was in no mood to allow the fancied Indians to crawl back in the ODI series.
He again demolished them ruthlessly as he bowled a incredible spell of 10 overs to come back with dream figures of six for 43.
Mustafiz became the first bowler in ODI history to capture 11 wickets in his first two ODIs and also won successive man-of-the-match awards in both the ODIs.
Shakib Al Hasan for his brilliant fifty was adjudged the most sensational player-of-the-match.
Nasir Hossain for his tight bowling was adjudged as the best Bangladesh performer.
India earlier were scuttled for a paltry 200 and Bangladesh hardly sweated as they strolled to victory in only 38 overs for the loss of four wickets.
