Khandaker Mosharraf released on bail

Gazipur: Bangladesh Nationalist Party standing committee member Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain, also a former health minister, was released on bail in a money laundering case.
He walked out of Kashimpur prison in Gazipur at about 4:20pm. Family and local BNP leaders received him at the prison gate.
Dhaka Central Jail 1 superintendent Subrata Kumar Bala said Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain was sent to jail in 16 March 2014 in a money laundering case. He was charged in five cases and meanwhile secured bail in all cases.
Related papers reached the prison on Tuesday, the jail superintend said.
