Munshiganj: Ferry services on Shimulia-Kanthalbari route resumed Friday morning after two and half hours of disruption caused by dense fog.

Shah Newaz Khaled, Assistant General Manager (AGM) of BIWTC at Shimulia, said that they suspended ferry service on the route around 5:00am due to blurred visibility caused by dense fog.

Later, the ferry services on the route resumed with the visibility returns.
