Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will be present at Army Stadium in Dhaka on Monday afternoon where the second namaj-e-janaza of 23 plane crash victims will be held.

The namaj-e-janaza of 23 US-Bangla plane crash victims will be held at Army Stadium at 4:00pm, said Rezaul Karim, assistant director of Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will attend the funeral programme, said her press secretary Ihsanul Karim.

Earlier, the first namaj-e-janaza was held at Bangladesh Mission in Kathmandu at 9:00am on Monday.

A cargo plane of Bangladesh Air Force, carrying the bodies, is scheduled to land at Shahjalal International Airport in the city around 3:00pm.

A total of 23 bodies were identified till Sunday.

At least 49 people, including 26 Bangladeshi nationals, were killed as the US-Bangla Airlines aircraft crashed and burst into flames at Tribhuvan International Airport in the capital of Himalayan county Nepal on Monday last.
