Dhaka: Bangladesh Foreign Service Association (BFSA) on Tuesday congratulated Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for her party’s victory in the 11th parliamentary elections.

Foreign Secretary M Shahidul Haque, acting President of BFSA Ambassador Masud Mahmood Khandaker, Second Vice President Nahida Sobhan, General Secretary Khorshed Khastagir, Chief of Protocol AKM Shahidul Karim and Director General (Administration) Salahuddin Noman Chowdhury were present at PM’s official residence Ganobhaban, reports the UNB.

Earlier, Prime Minister Hasina said the win of the Awami League-led Grand Alliance in the 11th national election is another victory for the people of the country in December—the month of victory.

Awami League alone secured 259 out of 299 parliamentary seats that went to polls.
