Dhaka: Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud on Sunday said preparations are going on to send ailing Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader to Singapore for better treatment.

The minister came up with the information while talking to reporters at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) after visiting Obaidul Qauder, reports the UNB.

Obaidul Quader, also general secretary of Awami League, was admitted to the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) of BSMMU in the morning following his breathing complications.
