Dhaka: A Bangladeshi sailor, identified as Mohammad Masoor Alam, was found dead on Wednesday in a cargo ship in which he arrived at Khidderpore dock area, police investigating the cause of death said.

The foreign national sailor was found dead in the driver cabin of MV Girls-3 cargo ship, which was docked late Tuesday night, reports Indian news media UNI.

Police said the sailor had breathing trouble. The body was sent for postmortem.
