Five members of two families who are relatives to each other are among the victims of the US-Bangla Airlines aircraft crash at Tribhuvan International Airport in the capital of Himalayan country Nepal on Monday.

The victims are Faruk Ahmed Priok, 32, his wife Almun Nahar Annie Priok, 25, and their daughter Tamarra Priok, 3, Faruk's cousin Mehedi Hasan Masum, 33, and his wife Sayeeda Kamrunnahar Swarna. All of them hail from Nagarhawla village in Sreepur upazila.

They were travelling to Kathmandu on a pleasure trip.

‘Ready to fly to Kathmandu from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport ...Pls keep us in your prayers,’ Annie Priok wrote on her Facebook wall tagging her husband before their departure from the aiirport in the capital.

That was the last update they posted on Facebook.

At least 50 people died as an aircraft of US-Bangla Airlines from Dhaka to Kathmandu crashed at Tribhuvan International Airport in the capital of the Himalayan country on Monday, said officials.
