This video captures the moment that a young boy was tied to a tree who then kicked and punched him in a bid to break his arm.

The gang filmed themselves meting out the brutal attack in a bid to intimidate local residents and show the levels of violence they were prepared to take part in.

The attack happened in the village Sakrapar, Uttar Pradesh State, India, when the boy asked them to return the money he had lent him, reports the Metro.

As the teen begs for them to stop, the thugs can be seen kicking and punching him in the head whilst another is seen apparently trying to break his arm by twisting it round.

The teenage victim, who works in a local shop with his dad, can be seen being repeatedly whipped by at least three men.

Police said the gang posted the video to spread fear throughout the area. Detectives have arrested two men and say they are now looking for four others who are believed to have gone on the run.
