China: A video has gone viral on social media that shows a spurned lover gatecrashing her ex-boyfriend’s marriage to another woman in full bridal gown and begging him to come back to her.

In the video, the ex-girlfriend can be seen apologising loudly to the groom while kneeling in front of the couple on the decorated wedding stage. She even pulls the groom’s wedding coat before being pulled away from the scene.

‘It was my fault,’ the ex-girlfriend can be heard yelling in the video, reports the timesnownews.com.

The groom can be seen consoling the bride who appeared to be shocked while his ex-girlfriend kept pulling him towards her.

Although the groom tried his best to explain the situation to the bride, she walked off the stage.

The bizarre incident also shocked the wedding MC who can be heard saying, ‘We have an unexpected situation here' before adding 'perhaps this is the reality of love.’

Moments later, in a desperate attempt to salvage the wedding, the MC quoted the famous Chines proverb – ‘'If you ask life what love is, it is to devote your life to someone else.’

The incident took place in China and the footage was first shared on social media by an entertainment blogger.  It has now gone viral on YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.

Some reports suggest the ex-girlfriend wanted to kiss the bride on stage but failed to do so after repeated attempts.
