Naogaon: Two workers were killed as an old wall collapsed on them during renovation work at Sagorpur Goalpara village in Badalgachhi upazila in the district on Wednesday.

When Nazmul Haque, 35 and Liton Hossain, 22, were repairing an old wall of Zillur Rahman's house the wall collapsed on them, leaving the two dead on the spot, said Md Shahinur Rahman, Inspector (Investigation) of Badalgachhi Police Station.

The bodies were sent to Naogaon Sadar Hospital for autopsy.
