Comilla: Two motorcycle riders were killed and another was injured in a road accident at Chiora on the Dhaka-Chittagong Highway in Chouddogram Upazila of Comilla early on Friday.

The identities of the deceased could not be known yet.

Police said a speeding bus of ‘Green Line’ Paribahan hit the motorcycle carrying the trio at 2:00am, leaving two people dead on the spot.

On information, police recovered the bodies and the critically injured one was admitted to Comilla Medical College Hospital.
