Sirajganj: Three members of a family were killed when a goods-laden truck rammed into their roadside house at Shahjadpur in Sirajganj on Tuesday morning.

UNB reports, the decease are Bakkar Sheikh, his wife Arbi Khatun, and their son Sabbir Ahmed.

The Sirajganj superintendent of police Miraz Uddin Ahmed said the truck rammed into the house near Shahjadpur market area as the truck driver lost his control over the vehicle due to dense fog at about 8:00am and left three of the family died on the spot.

Police recovered the bodies and sent them to Sirajganj Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy.
