Mymensingh: Six people were killed as a bus crashed into a CNG-run auto-rickshaw at Kashni of Tarakanda upazila on Friday afternoon.

The deceased could not be identified yet, reports the UNB.

Mazharul Haque, officer-in-charge of Tarakanda Police Station, said the bus rammed the three-wheeler on Mymensingh-Haluaghat road around 3:00pm, leaving five passengers dead on the spot and another injured.

The injured died on the way to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital.

All the victims were the inmates of the auto-rickshaw, including its driver.
