Satkhira: A farmer was killed as a human hauler overturned at Jethua village in Tala upazila on Saturday morning.

The deceased was identified as Gour Chandra Ghosh, 55, son of Chandra Ghosh of the village, reports the UNB.

Russel Mehedi, officer-in-charge of Tala Police Station, said the human hauler carrying Gour  overturned on the road when he was going to a field to bring paddy, leaving him dead on the spot.

On information, police recovered the body.
