4 children hurt in wall collapse
Chittagong: Four children were injured as a boundary wall of a house collapsed on them at Nandankanan of Chittagong on Sunday afternoon, reports UNB.
The injured are Mehedi, around 8years, Hossain, 6years, Sajib, who is 6 years, and Arif, 8 years old.
Local people said the boundary wall fell on the four children at Golap Singh Lane while they were plying by the house at about 12:45pm, leaving them injured.
Local people rescued them before a firefighting team reached the spot, said M Yeahia, Deputy Director of Chittagong Fire Service and Civil Defence.
Later, the injured were taken to Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH).
