Dhaka: A fire broke out at a shopping mall in Dhaka’s Hatirpul area on Wednesday morning.

The Fire Service Control Room Duty Officer Ataur Rahman said the fire broke out on the fourth floor of Motaleb Plaza in the area at about 9:15am.

Fire fighters went to the spot and they were working to douse the blaze.

The reason behind the fire could not be known immediately.
