Brahmanbaria: A woman and her son were crushed under a train in Kawtoli rail bridge area of Brahmanbaria municipality on Monday morning.

The deceased is Rina Begum, around 30 years, and her 8-year-old son Zilani, residents of Kasba upazila.

Brahmanbaria Government Railway Police (GRP) officials said the train hit the duo in the area in the morning, leaving them dead on the spot.

On information, police recovered the bodies and sent those to Sadar Hospital Morgue for autopsy.
