Habiganj: A truck driver was killed and three others were injured in a road accident at Sadarghat Natunbazar on the Dhaka-Sylhet highway under Nabiganj upazila of Habiganj on Sunday morning.

The deceased is Azizul Islam, son of Abdul Kuddus of Companiganj upazilain Noakhali, reports BSS.

Police said the accident occurred when a rock-laden truck collided head-on with another truck in the area at about 7:00am, leaving truck driver Azizul dead on the spot and three others injured.

The injured were sent to local hospital.
