Barisal: Two siblings went missing as a trawler capsized in the River Meghna after being hit by another trawle at Moulvir Hat in Hizla upazila of Barisal on Thursday night, reports UNB.

The two missing brothers are Sumaiya, around 12 years, and Rajin, aged 13 years old.

Local people said a trawler carrying nine members of a family capsized in the river after being hit by another trawler while they were getting on a Dhaka-bound launch, MV Awlad-4, at about 9:00pm.

All but the two siblings managed to swim ashore.
