Panchagarh: Three villages under Boda upazila in Panchagarh got electricity connections as local lawmaker advocate Nurul Islam Sujon inaugurated the connections on Saturday.
‘Government is working relentlessly to provide electricity connections in every house all over the country,’ he said after inaugurating the power connections at a simple function on the premises of Safiuddin High School of the upazila.
Nurul Islam also said every village will be brought under power network very soon, reports BSS.
A total of 206 houses get the new electricity lines under the rural electrification programme.
