The directives will also be effective for the Dhaka-bound vehicles from Aricha via Amin Bazar.

There will be restrictions on the traffic on some roads surrounding Bangabhaban as Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Cabinet members, high military and civil officials, diplomats, award-winning freedom fighters and invited guests will join a reception at the Bangabhaban to be hosted by the President in the afternoon.
