Gazipur: Train services on the Dhaka-Mymensingh route remained suspended following the derailment of a bogie at Joydebpur Rail Station on Friday morning.

Dadon Mia, assistant sub-inspector of Jopydebpur Railway Station, said the compartment of Mymensingh-bound Jamuna Express from Dhaka veered off the track while entering the railway station around 7:45am.

The train communication between the two districts remained cut off following the derailment, he said.
