Sylhet road accident kills 2

Sylhet: Two people were killed and four others injured in a collision between a truck and a CNG‐run auto‐rickshaw at Nipban on Sylhet‐Tamabil highway in Shah Paran upazila of Sylhet on Saturday.
Police said the accident took place when the truck collided head‐on with the auto‐rickshaw around 3:30pm, leaving the three‐wheeler driver Babul, 30, son of Siraj Uddin of Upardumka village of Gowainghat upazila and passenger Shangkar Malakar, 14, son of Dhirendra Malakar of Khuliatuli in the city, dead on the spot and four others injured.
Later, police recovered the bodies and sent those to Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
They also seized the truck and arrested its driver from the scene.
