Sirajganj: Two people, including a minor boy, were killed and three people injured in a road accident at Shimultala on the  Sirajganj‐Nalka Road in the sadar upazila of Sirajganj on Saturday night.

Police said the accident took place when a bus knocked down a CNG‐run auto‐rickshaw around 8:00pm, leaving two passengers of the three‐wheeler dead on the spot and three others injured.

On information, police rescued the injured and sent to hospital, said officer‐in‐charge of Sirajganj Sadar Police Station Helal Uddin, adding that the identities of the deceased could not be known yet.
