Sirajganj: Two transport workers were killed and three people injured in a road accident at Fuljor on the Dhaka‐Bogra Highway under Salagna Police Station of Sirajganj early on Wednesday.

The accident took place when a goods‐laden truck hit another one from behind around 4:30am, leaving driver and helper of the second truck dead on the spot and three others injured, said sergeant Abdul Gani of Hatikumrul Highway Police Station.

The deceased, who are yet to be identified, were sent to hospital morgue for autopsy, Gani said.
