Another Dinajpur boiler blast victim dies
Another worker, who suffered burn injuries in a boiler explosion at a rice mill in Sadar upazila in Dinajur district on April 19 last, died at Rangpur Medical College Hospital on Saturday morning.
Dhiren Chandra, 35, who was undergoing treatment at the Burn and Plastic Surgery unit of the hospital, succumbed to his injuries around 8:45am, raising the death toll from the incident to 16, sources at the hospital said, reports UNB.
On April 19, two workers, including a female one, instantly died and 28 people suffered burn injuries as the boiler went off at 'Jamuna Auto Rice Mill' at Gopalganj village in Dinajpur Sadar upazila.
Of the rest, 13 died at different hospitals.
