14 Bangladeshis return failing to enter India
Benapole, Jessore: 14 Bangladeshis, including women and children, returned home on Saturday morning following their unsuccessful attempt to enter India illegally due to arrest by Indian Border Security Force (BSF).
BSF handed over them to Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) from Putkhali border here at about 7:30am.
The returnees hail from different areas of Narail, Bagerhat and Narayanganj.
BSF members of Haridaspur camp arrested the 14 Bangladeshi people, including three woman and two children, while they were entering India on Friday, said Putkhali BGB-23 camp in-charge Safiuddin.
Later, BGB handed over them to Benapole Port Police Station.
