Dhaka: With a view to inspire more SME entrepreneurship and recognise the country’s SME entrepreneurs, the SME Foundation has invited applications for giving ‘National SME Entrepreneur Award-2016’.

Interested entrepreneurs can apply for the award by collecting and filling specific forms, said a press release on Monday.

Entrepreneurs can download the application form from the SME Foundation website www.smef.org.bd.

Eight awards will be given in four different categories, the release said.

The categories include Micro Entrepreneur Award (Male and Female), Small Entrepreneur Award (Male and Female), Medium Entrepreneur Award (Male and Female) and Lifetime Achievement Award (Male and Female).  

The last date for the submitting application is 15 November 2015.

The awards will be given away in the ‘National SME Fair 2016’ to be arranged by SME Foundation at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in March, 2016.
