Dhaka: Dhaka University has signed an agreement with Singapore Airlines Limited to get discounts on air ticket.

Treasurer of the university Prof Dr M Kamal Uddin and General Manager of Singapore Airlines Limited Twee Min Wang signed the agreement on behalf of their respective side at a function at Vice-Chancellor’s (VC) lounge of the university on Wednesday.

DU VC Prof Dr AAMS Arefin Siddique and Business Studies Faculty Dean Prof Shibli Rubayat-Ul-Islam, among others, were present on the occasion.  

According to the deal, Singapore Airlines Limited will give discounts in air ticket to DU faculty members, staff and their spouse & children for their traveling the Dhaka-Singapore route and all European & American destinations.
