Dhaka: BRAC Bank Limited and Strategic Equity Management Limited signed a Custodial Agreement for the mutual fund ‘SEML FBLSL Growth Fund’.

Under this agreement, BRAC Bank will be providing custodial services to Strategic Equity Management Limited for operation of the mutual fund.

BRAC Bank Limited Head of Corporate Banking Tareq Refat Ullah Khan and Ehsanul Kabir, Chief Executive Officer, Strategic Equity Management Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Brac Bank’s head of Cash Management & Custodial Services Mohammad Sekander-E-Azam, Mohammad Shafatul Islam, Manager-Finance & Accounts and Company Secretary, Strategic Equity Management Limited, were also present at the ceremony along with other senior officials of both the organizations.
